About Brian Stein

Brian is a proven digital leader with over 30 years of management and technology consulting experience focusing on digital transformation, process improvement and how technology can help drive business opportunities and optimization. Brian has a proven track record helping clients envision, plan for, implement and launch successful digital transformation projects, including ERP, CRM, e-commerce, field service, supply chain, professional services automation, and human capital management. Brian has previously taught as an Adjunct Professor of Mobile and Digital Strategy at Kent State University’s School of Digital Science and taught at the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.

  • Global Integration and Digital Transformation: Led a global integration and digital transformation program that brought together 24 independent operating companies on a single set of systems and standardized processes across Sales, Finance, Project Delivery and HR. Successfully led the overall value creation journey for our $200M client, a services firm in the healthcare space, providing Program Leadership & Governance, Business Process Design, Configuration, Training, and Change Management around a NetSuite and Kantata driven solution to achieve an on-schedule and on-budget go-live.
  • Software and Manufacturing Campaign to Cash Transformation: Led a digital transformation program that successfully consolidated and replaced the marketing, sales, ordering, finance and customer support systems and processes for a PE backed security company. Developed strategy and roadmap to aligned campaign to cash processes across three divisions of their global business, consolidating data from 7 legacy systems into an integrated Marketo, Salesforce and NetSuite platform. Managed vendor relationships, implementation teams and client resources to successfully deliver systems which enabled the business to scale and more efficiently serve their customers
  • SaaS Back Office Software & Services Platform: Led the assessment, planning and mobilization phases of an ERP, CRM and PSA platform replacement effort for a PE backed software company. Led planning and business case development for an implementation program that would replace legacy systems with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM and FinancialForce PSA
  • Digital Transformation Strategy: Developed the strategy and roadmap to aligned back-office processes across multiple divisions and geographies to consolidate data from legacy systems into a new integrated platform which enabled the business to scale and more efficiently serve their customers.
