About Diana Villania
Diana brings deep healthcare expertise to the project, having spent over 32 years with Kaiser Permanente where she had national responsibility for the electronic health record and associated systems for care delivery, and previously oversaw the development and operation of their Financial Systems, Data Warehouse, Systems Implementations, IT Infrastructure.
Diana has applied her healthcare experience to assist multiple companies in transforming their back-office systems and aligning the organizations to adopt and engage with those systems. Diana is an alumni of Blackhawk College and lives in Laguna Beach, California.
Relevant Experience
- Led national deployment of electronic health records to across Kaiser Permanente and their partner network; worked with Doctor’s to prioritize their business requirements and ensure they were reflected in the system design
- Led Professional Services Automation transformation effort to replace legacy project tracking software with global instance of Kantata; spearheaded project to standardize engagement models and billable revenue tracking across the organization
- Served as Process Design lead for a $18M digital transformation program that brought together 24 independent operating companies on a single set of systems and standardized processes; Diana served as the finance workstream co-lead to where she defined new approaches to revenue recognition and intercompany settlements
- Change Management and Training Lead for global digital transformation effort
