The Association of IT Professionals will be hosting a one day seminar on mobile computing on Saturday, August 11th from 8am to 5pm. Pervasive’s Brian Stein is one of the featured speakers for this event, where he will be discussing how to develop a strategy for “Mobilizing Your Customer’s Experience”. During this discussion, we will discuss how to create a mobile strategy which aligns your organization’s objectives and capabilities with customer’s needs and expectations in order to create a compelling mobile experience. The session will begin with general concepts and insights and then will dive into specific case studies, which will review not only how companies engage their customers, but also how they’ve differentiated the mobile experience and added value.
